AuthenticateMe needs your account’s email address to check it isn’t a throwaway one. This error means Discord didn’t share one, which happens when your account has no email or the email isn’t verified yet.

Fix it

Check your email in Discord

Open User Settings → My Account and look at Email. If it’s missing, add one.

Verify the email

Discord sends you a confirmation email. Open it and click Verify Email. Until you do, the address doesn’t count.

Verify again

Go back to the server and verify again.
If Discord says the email is already registered, you probably have a second Discord account using it, for example one made with your phone number. That message comes from Discord, not AuthenticateMe.
If the username shown on the verification page isn’t the account you joined with, follow Authorize the correct Discord account instead.
